Export Compliance

Certain Teledyne TSS products (such as those containing accelerometers and/or gyroscopes) and which are suitable for commercial and defence applications, are designated by the European Union and United States of Americas as “Dual-Use” for export compliance regulations.

As a result some TSS products are subject to United Kingdom and/or United States export compliance regulations and as such lead-times may vary subject to export licence.

End-users should also note that individual countries’ export compliance regulations and restrictions may also apply.

Note: No product may be exported to Cuba, Syria, North Korea, Libya, Sudan or Iran (or any other embargoed country at the time of export) without additional export authorisation.

TSS will advise you of the export requirements at the time of quotation and at the time of order receipt.
